Made in Japan, this Raku style pourer is glazed in white ash and bathed in fermented acorn for over 72 hours to visually bring out the crackle effect and markings. A unique piece, made with all the local materials in Seto, Japan.
Width: 12cm
Height: 5cm

Please note:

Due to the nature of the firing process, each piece is finished with unique markings – some of which and may include slight imperfections, runs with the glazes and minor irregularities which is part of style of the artist´s work and the ceramic processes each piece has undergone.
Whilst all the glaze materials are all perfectly natural and non toxic, this piece is strictly not considered a “food safe” piece of ceramic, due to the subtle crackling of the glaze.
